General description

Application
作为髓性过氧化酶的一种二氨基苯替代物，二氨基联苯胺具有强于二氨基苯的染色能力。这使得DAB在组织化学领域的吸引力大幅下降。Hanker及其同事提升了DAB技术。在他们的改造下，棕色的反应产物首先通过铜离子盐强烈染色，然后使用Gill改良的Papanicolaou染色剂，从而在嗜中性粒细胞和单核细胞过氧化物酶位点形成强烈的灰-黑色染色。
白细胞过氧化物酶（髓过氧化物酶）试剂盒用于白细胞过氧化物检测时的一般实验室组织化学染色。 按照手册里的定性检测流程可对人体血液或骨髓膜样本中的白细胞过氧化物酶进行定性。
