应用

原位杂交实验中使用硫酸葡聚糖作为稀释剂,以增加探针与组织中靶序列的杂交。
硫酸葡聚糖常规用于脂蛋白的选择性沉淀、探针杂交膜固定 DNA、DNA 从 DNA-组蛋白复合物中释放以及抑制 RNA 与核糖体的结合。
