Biochem/physiol Actions

IgA是一种分泌糖蛋白抗体，调节共生肠道细菌和宿主免疫系统攻击之间的生理平衡。它是产生最多的抗体同种型。IgA主要有肠道黏膜分泌，防止共生微生物侵入肠道。
当针对人IgA、IgG、IgM、Bence Jones Kappa和Lambda骨髓瘤蛋白进行测试时，山羊偶联物中产生的抗人IgA（a链特异性）过氧化物酶抗体对人IgA具有特异性。抗体偶联物不与小鼠或大鼠IgG反应。

General description

抗人IgA（a链特异性）过氧化物酶抗体是通过免疫特异性纯化从山羊抗人IgA抗血清中分离出来的，以基本上去除全部山羊血清蛋白，包括不与人IgAα链特异性结合的免疫球蛋白。将山羊抗人IgA与过氧化物酶偶联并纯化以去除未偶联的物质。通过免疫电泳（IEP）测定过氧化物酶偶联抗人IgA的特异性，并通过酶联免疫分析法（ELISA）测定偶联物的交叉反应性。

纯化的人IgA。

Physical form

在0.01 M磷酸盐缓冲液（pH 7.4）中的溶液，含0.05% MIT作为防腐剂。

Preparation Note

连续使用时，可在 2-8°C储存最长一个月。对于更长期的存储，可对溶液进行等分并冷冻保存。不建议反复冻融或存放在“无霜”冰柜中。如果长期储存时出现轻微浑浊，请在使用前通过离心澄清溶液。
通过Avrameas, S., et al., Scand.J. Immunol., 8, Suppl. 7, 7 (1978)所述的两步戊二醛方法制备。
