General description

Application

人血清IgG水平通过固相ELISA测定，即使用碱性磷酸酶结合的山羊抗人IgG抗体，在37°C下培育1小时。该实验使用0.1%对硝基苯磷酸酯（Sigma）作为底物进行测定。通过蛋白质印迹分析，使用稀释比例为1:1000的碱性磷酸酶结合山羊抗人IgG抗体，检测人血清中对汉城病毒（80/39株）的抗体。采用氮蓝四唑和5-溴-4-氯-3-吲哚-磷酸酯底物（Sigma）进行印迹。

羊抗人 IgG 也可用于斑点印迹 (1：30000) 和免疫组化 (1：50) 应用。
