General description

人IgG是糖蛋白抗体，含有两条相等的轻链和一对相同的重链，其分子量分别为 50kDa 和 25kDa。IgG具有四种不同亚型，范围从IgG1到IgG4。这些抗体可调节机体对过敏和病原性感染的免疫反应。IgG还与补体结合和自身免疫疾病有关。山羊抗人IgG与人IgG结合。免疫球蛋白G（IgG）属于免疫球蛋白家族，是一种广泛表达的血清抗体。该抗体的一级结构还包含连接两条重链、连接重链和轻链，并位于链内的二硫键。

    The storage conditions that a Sigma-Aldrich catalog and label recommend for products are deliberately conservative. For many products, long-term storage at low temperatures will increase the time during which they are expected to remain in specification and therefore are labeled accordingly.
