一般描述
与人IgG结合；不与其他人Igs结合。该抗体对人IgG重链上的决定簇具有特异性。在3％ PEG 6000存在时，该抗体可在液相中形成抗原-抗体复合物。
人IgG是糖蛋白抗体，含有两条相等的轻链和一对相同的重链。IgG具有四种不同亚型，范围从IgG1到IgG4。这些抗体可调节机体对过敏和病原性感染的免疫反应。IgG还与补体结合和自身免疫疾病有关。
抗-人IgG（Γ-链特异性）单克隆抗体（小鼠 IgG1 同种型）来源于小鼠骨髓瘤细胞与免疫小鼠脾细胞融合产生的杂交瘤。
应用
利用碱性磷酸酶偶联的小鼠抗-人IgG单克隆抗体通过Elisa对健康个体血清中针对各种金黄色葡萄球菌抗原的抗体进行检测。将抗体在PBSt中按1:30000稀释，并在37度下与样品孵育2小时。Reactin是使用对硝基苯基磷酸酯底物（Sigma）进行开发的。
小鼠抗人IgG-碱性磷酸酶单克隆抗体可用于：
- 酶联免疫吸附试验（ELISA）
- 蛋白质印迹
- 斑点印迹
- 免疫组织学
液体沉淀（Lppt）。
外形
含有1 mM MgCl2、1% 牛血清白蛋白、50% 甘油和15 mM 叠氮化钠的 0.05MTris 缓冲液，pH 8.0中的溶液。
