一般描述
人IgG是糖蛋白抗体，含有两条相等的轻链和一对相同的重链。 IgG具有四种不同亚型，范围从IgG1到IgG4。这些抗体可调节机体对过敏和病原性感染的免疫反应。IgG还与补体结合和自身免疫疾病有关。当针对人IgA、IgG、IgM、本周氏蛋白κ和λ骨髓瘤蛋白进行测试时，抗人IgG（γ-链特异性），（F(ab′)2）片段过氧化物酶抗体对人IgG具有特异性。

抗人IgG（γ-链特异性），（F(ab′)2）片段-过氧化物酶抗体适用于ELISA和蛋白质印迹。
过氧化物酶缀合的山羊抗人IgG（Fab特异性）抗体可用于遗传修饰的酵母培养物的蛋白质印迹和ELISA分析，以产生重组Fab片段。在PBS中以1：10,000稀释抗人IgG抗体，并在室温下温育1小时。使用O-亚苯基-二胺底物溶液（Sigma）对ELISA测定中的结合进行检测。

0.01 M磷酸盐缓冲液（pH 7.4）中的溶液，含有1％牛血清白蛋白和防腐剂
制备说明
