General description
H+/K+-ATPase是胃质子泵，是P型阳离子转运腺苷5′-三磷酸酶（ATPase）家族的成员。H+/K+-ATPase由一个大的跨膜催化α亚基组成，其中包含ATP结合和磷酸化的位点。该ATP酶还具有较小的糖蛋白（β）亚基，其可能在维持复合物的结构和功能完整性中起作用。小鼠单克隆抗H+/K+ ATPase（β亚基）与牛，狗，猪，兔，小鼠，雪貂和大鼠组织中的H+/K+-ATPase β亚基结合。通过免疫印迹，该抗体可检测各种形式的β亚基，包括60-80 kDa糖基化蛋白，52 kDaβ亚基前体和34 kDa核心肽。
