Biochem/physiol Actions

单克隆抗ATG5抗体(小鼠IgG2a同种型)来源于小鼠骨髓瘤细胞和以与匙孔血蓝蛋白(KLH)偶联人Atg5的免疫的BALB/c小鼠脾细胞融合产生的杂交瘤ATG5-18。自噬相关蛋白5(ATG5)基因位于人类染色体6q21,编码32 kDa的蛋白。
