免疫球蛋白G（IgG）是一种糖蛋白抗体，可调节免疫反应（如吞噬作用），也可影响自身免疫疾病的进程。小鼠IgG具有四种不同的同种型，即IgG1、IgG2a、IgG2b和IgG3。IgG1可调节小鼠的补体结合。抗小鼠IgG（全分子）-碱性磷酸酶抗体对正常小鼠血清和小鼠IgG具有特异性。在Ouchterlony双扩散测定中，抗体可与小鼠IgG1、IgG2a、IgG2b、IgG3、IgA和IgM进行反应。

应用

在含有终浓度为0.5M NaCl的TBS/Tween中，使用碱性磷酸酶缀合的山羊抗小鼠IgG（μg/ ml）作为二抗，对支气管肺泡液中的表面活性蛋白A进行检测。
抗小鼠IgG（全分子）-碱性磷酸酶抗体适用于直接ELISA（1：3000）和蛋白质印迹。该产品也可用于免疫组织化学（1:50，使用福尔马林进行固定、石蜡包埋切片）。

外形

溶于0.05M Tris缓冲液（pH8.0）中的溶液，并含有1mM MgCl2、10mM甘氨酸、1％牛血清白蛋白、50％甘油和15mM叠氮化钠。
