General description
免疫球蛋白G（IgG）是一种糖蛋白抗体，可调节免疫反应（如吞噬作用），也可影响自身免疫疾病的进程。小鼠IgG具有四种不同的同种型，即IgG1、IgG2a、IgG2b和IgG3。IgG1可调节小鼠的补体结合。抗小鼠IgG（全分子）-碱性磷酸酶抗体对正常小鼠血清和小鼠IgG具有特异性。在Ouchterlony双扩散测定中，抗体可与小鼠IgG1、IgG2a、IgG2b、IgG3、IgA和IgM进行反应。
