应用

使用HRP共轭山羊抗-小鼠IgG作为二级，稀释浓度为1：4000，Western印迹法分析转染的Hela细胞裂解物。
抗-小鼠IgG（全分子）-过氧化物酶抗体适合用于免疫印迹（1:2000）。该产品还可用于直接ELISA：1:10,000。

外形

0.01 M磷酸盐缓冲液，pH 7.4，含有1％牛血清白蛋白及防腐剂。

制备说明

制备使用Wilson, M.B.,和Nakane, P.K.,在免疫荧光和相关染色技术中提到的高碘酸盐法，Elsevier/North Holland Biomedical Press, 阿姆斯特丹, p215 (1978).
