General description

其抗体（也称为抗α-Sm-1）对α-平滑肌肌动蛋白的单一异构体具有特异性。它在免疫印迹试验中可与α-平滑肌肌动蛋白发生特异性反应，并可在冷冻或福尔马林固定的、或石蜡包埋的组织切片中对平滑肌细胞进行标记。

抗肌动蛋白、α-平滑肌抗体、小鼠单克隆抗体（小鼠IgG2a同种型）源自小鼠骨髓瘤细胞和脾细胞融合后产生的1A4杂交瘤，采用平滑肌肌动蛋白NH2末端接种，合成钥孔血蓝蛋白(KLH)。

肌动蛋白是一种高度保守的蛋白质，是所有细胞类型中细胞骨架和收缩结构的主要组成部分。它含量不同，与分化类型和细胞和组织的功能状态有关。肌动蛋白有两种不同的聚集形式，球状或纤维状，在脊椎动物中至少有六种不同的亚型。肌动蛋白具有90%以上的序列同源性，但每个亚型均有一个独特的NH2-端序列。这些亚型包括三个alpha肌动蛋白(骨骼、心脏、平滑肌)、一个beta肌动蛋白(beta非肌肉)和两个gamma肌动蛋白(gamma平滑肌和gamma非肌肉)。
