General description

Biochem/physiol Actions
IgG是糖蛋白抗体，可调控几种免疫应答。靶蛋白特异性的豚鼠IgG通常在多种研究应用中用作一抗。因此，偶联可检测底物的抗豚鼠IgG二抗是分析靶蛋白的有用工具。
免疫球蛋白G（IgG）参与II型和III型超敏反应。IgG1有助于旁路途径的补体结合，而IgG2则通过经典途径与补体结合。它主要用于帮助免疫防御。豚鼠是研究局部不良反应和过敏反应的优选实验室动物。
免疫球蛋白G（IgG）是浆细胞释放的免疫系统中最重要也是最丰富的一类免疫球蛋白。IgG存在于血液或细胞外液中，介导与抗原类型相关的免疫反应。IgG可防御细菌和病毒感染。母体IgG通过胞饮作用从母体通经胎盘屏障传递给胎儿，为新生儿提供被动免疫，保护其免受感染。

Physical form
溶于0.01M磷酸盐缓冲液（含0.05% MIT，pH 7.4）溶液。
Preparation Note
要长期使用，储存在 -20°C。需要连续使用，该产品可以在 2-8°C 下储存长达一个月。对于更长时间的存储，将溶液以等分试样冷冻在 -20°C。不建议反复冻融，或储存在“无霜”冰柜中。如果长期储存时出现轻微混浊，使用前通过离心澄清溶液。
