一般描述
免疫球蛋白是由两条重链和两条轻链通过二硫键连接而成的糖蛋白。IgG是一种主要的免疫球蛋白。它有五种亚型：IgG- IgG1、IgG3、IgG2a和IgG2b。通过免疫特异性纯化从兔抗猪IgG抗血清中获得亲和力分离的抗体，该过程可基本上去除所有兔血清蛋白，包括免疫球蛋白（其不可与猪IgG特异性结合）。以0.2%戊二醛为交联剂，将抗猪IgG与过氧化物酶偶联。

溶解在0.01 M磷酸缓冲盐，pH7.4，含有0.05% MIT。
制备说明
由Avrameas, S.等人，Scand. J. Immunol., 8, Suppl. 7, 7 （1978）描述的两步戊二醛法制备。
