General description

Application

绵羊抗小鼠IgG(全分子)-过氧化物酶多克隆抗体可用于通过显色、化学发光或荧光免疫化学或免疫组织化学技术检测和定量测定小鼠血清和生物体液中的IgG水平。 在在使用小鼠IgG作为一抗的检测中,它还可用作二抗。从山羊白膜层中分离的原代T细胞已使用偶联了HRP的绵羊抗小鼠IgG作为二抗通过western blot进行了分析。

Biochem/physiol Actions

绵羊多克隆抗-小鼠IgG(全分子)-过氧化物酶抗体在体外 、小鼠血清和生物体液中可与小鼠IgG反应 。它不会与人血清蛋白发生反应。

Physical form

0.01 M磷酸盐缓冲盐溶液,pH 7.4,含有1%牛血清白蛋白和防腐剂。

Preparation Note
