General description

Application
ACCUSIN System-Histopaque 1077使用密度梯度分离介质从全血和骨髓中分离淋巴细胞和其他单个核细胞。Histopaque-1077用于：
- 人淋巴细胞抗原(HLA)分型
- T、B和‘裸’淋巴细胞计数前的起始分离。

ACCUSPIN System-HISTOPAQUE-1077 采用专门设计的离心管，两个腔室由多孔高密度聚乙烯屏障（“熔块”）隔开。下部腔室含有 HISTOPAQUE-1077，可添加抗凝全血而不存在与分离介质混合的风险。离心时，全血通过玻璃料下降，与玻璃料下方的 HISTOPAQUE-1077 接触，使血液成分明显分离。红细胞聚集，粒细胞变得略微高渗，增加其沉降率，导致 ACCUSPIN 管底部出现颗粒。淋巴细胞和其他单核细胞，即单核细胞，保留在血浆-HISTOPAQUE-1077 界面。
Biochem/physiol Actions
