Application

Biochem/physiol Actions

L-丙氨酸是一种非必需氨基酸，在肌肉中高度集中。它是葡萄糖-丙氨酸循环中的关键参与者，该循环可以将肌肉中的丙酮酸和谷氨酸转移至肝脏中。一旦进入肝脏，葡萄糖可从丙酮酸再生并返回肌肉，而谷氨酸最终参与尿素循环以形成尿素。葡萄糖-丙氨酸循环有助于保持肌肉中的ATP以促进肌肉收缩，同时糖异生的能量负担将转移至肝脏。丙氨酸可抑制丙酮酸激酶，以调节糖异生和糖酵解过程，从而便于在饥饿期间维持葡萄糖稳态。丙氨酸可预防肝脏自噬。丙氨酸的形成是谷氨酸和丙酮酸的氨基转移的结果。
