氨基黑(AB)是一种用于蛋白染色的酸性染料，可检测聚偏二氟乙烯(PVDF)和硝酸纤维素膜中50ng级的蛋白水平。氨基黑对于低浓度蛋白也能显色。因其可对指纹中的血液蛋白进行染色，适于法医学应用。

应用

氨基黑染色液2X已用于染色：
  • 培养上清液中的血清蛋白
  • 小鼠肝脏匀浆中的半胱氨酸亚磺酸脱羧酶
  • 染色质样品的组蛋白

重悬

用去离子水稀释至终体积 500 后ml，溶液含 0.1%(w/v) 氨基黑，25%(v/v) 异丙醇和 10%(v/v) 乙酸。
