General description

免疫球蛋白G（IgG）属于免疫球蛋白家族，是一种广泛表达的血清抗体。免疫球蛋白由两条重链和两条轻链通过二硫键连接而成。这是一种糖蛋白，主要帮助免疫防御系统。IgG通常是单体。IgG可进一步细分为四类，即IgG1、IgG2、IgG3和IgG4。IgG抗体亚型是免疫系统中最丰富的血清免疫球蛋白。大约70％的总免疫球蛋白由IgG组成。
抗体标记物对人IgG和人IgG Fab片段具有专一性。标记物与人IgG Fc片段、小鼠IgG或大鼠IgG没有反应性。
用纯化的人IgG Fab片段免疫山羊制备抗血清。该抗体通过免疫特异性纯化从山羊抗人IgG抗血清中分离，该过程可基本上去除所有山羊血清蛋白，包括免疫球蛋白（其不可与人IgG的Fab片段特异性结合）。用0.2%戊二醛交联蛋白，将山羊抗人IgG与碱性磷酸酶连接
