General description

Biochem/physiol Actions

牛IgG是调节牛群免疫反应的糖蛋白抗体。接种天然H7鞭毛蛋白后，这种抗体可抑制TLR5活化。牛IgG水平可用于检测约内氏病（Johne′s disease ）和牛奶掺假。

Physical form

溶于0.01 M磷酸盐缓冲盐水，pH 7.4，含有0.05% MIT

Preparation Note

用两步戊二醛法制备（Avrameas, S. 等人，Scand. J. Immunol.，8，Suppl. 7，7 (1978)）。
