应用

兔抗鸡IgY(IgG)（全分子）-过氧化物酶抗体可用于免疫沉淀和蛋白质印迹（1:2,000）测定。该抗体还可用于直接ELISA（1:30,000）、斑点印迹（1:12,000-1:15,000）和 IHC（1:1,000）应用。
兔抗鸡IgY（IgG）（全分子）-过氧化物酶抗体用于间接酶联免疫吸附测定（ELISA）、直接ELISA、斑点印迹和免疫组化。
用 HRP 标记的兔抗鸡 IgY 作为二抗，对通过氧化铁磁化从兔肾小球分离的蛋白进行免疫印迹分析。

生化/生理作用

从母鸡体内获得的蛋黄IgY免疫球蛋白已进行广泛研究。可用于免疫检测，确实与类风湿因子相互作用。

外形

溶解于 0.01M 磷酸盐缓冲液（pH7.4, 含0.05% MIT）。

制备说明

用两步法戊二醛法制备（Avrameas, S. 等人，Scand. J. Immunol., 8, Suppl. 7, 7 (1978)）。

  5. Will Product A9046, Anti-Chicken IgY, also recognize chicken IgG?

    This antibody (and possibly other anti-chicken antibodies) recognizes both chicken IgG from serum and chicken IgY from egg yolk, because these immunoglobulins are structurally very similar.

  6. How is chicken IgY different from chicken IgG?

    Chicken IgG refers to antibodies from the chicken serum and chicken IgY antibodies are from the yolk.

  7. Product A9046, Anti-Chicken IgY, is peroxidase conjugated.  Is this similar to horseradish peroxidase?

    The peroxidase used to make this product is indeed peroxidase from horseradish (HRP).

  8. Do we have additional anti-chicken IgY conjugates?

    We provide anti-chicken IgY antibodies that are conjugated to alkaline phosphatase (Product No. A9171) and FITC (Product No. F8888).  We also provide the unconjugated anti-chicken IgY antibody (Product No. C2288).
