General description
鸡IgY是鸡血清中的主要抗体。鸡对哺乳动物抗原蛋白产生相对增强的抗体反应。这些免疫球蛋白不与哺乳动物和细菌中的Fc受体结合，也不与类风湿因子相互作用。因此，此抗鸡抗体是各种研究应用中重要的分析工具。

Application
兔抗鸡IgY(IgG)（全分子）-过氧化物酶抗体可用于免疫沉淀和蛋白质印迹（1:2,000）测定。该抗体还可用于直接ELISA（1:30,000）、斑点印迹（1:12,000-1:15,000）和 IHC（1:1,000）应用。
兔抗鸡IgY（IgG）（全分子）-过氧化物酶抗体用于间接酶联免疫吸附测定（ELISA）、直接ELISA、斑点印迹和免疫组化。
用 HRP 标记的兔抗鸡 IgY 作为二抗，对通过氧化铁磁化从兔肾小球分离的蛋白进行免疫印迹分析。
Biochem/physiol Actions
从母鸡体内获得的蛋黄IgY免疫球蛋白已进行广泛研究。可用于免疫检测，确实与类风湿因子相互作用。
Physical form
溶解于 0.01M 磷酸盐缓冲液（pH7.4, 含0.05% MIT）。
Preparation Note
