General description

Biochem/physiol Actions

免疫球蛋白是糖蛋白抗体，可调控几种免疫应答。免疫球蛋白G参与II型和III型超敏反应。它有助于调理，补体固定和抗体依赖细胞介导的细胞毒性。
过氧化物酶标记抗兔 IgG 抗体的特异性通过免疫电泳 (IEP) 与正常兔血清和兔 IgG 测定。

溶于0.01M磷酸盐缓冲盐水，pH 7.4，含有0.05%MIT

Preparation Note

如需连续使用，请储存于 0-5EC。对于长期储存，溶液可以工作等份冷冻。不推荐反复冻融。不建议储存在“无霜”冰柜中。如果延长储存时间后出现轻微浑浊，则在使用前离心澄清溶液。
采用二步戊二醛法制备。
