General description

牛血清白蛋白是各种研究中的模型蛋白，由 583 个氨基酸组成。它是一种水溶性蛋白质，分子量为66.4kDa。六个α-螺旋形成了BSA的三个同源结构域。它可依赖于pH进行可逆的构象异构化。蛋白的天然结构在加热时会变得具有反应性和灵活性。

Preparation Note
