Biochem/physiol Actions
邻菲罗啉二磺酸是一种金属螯合剂。可在水介质中进行铁测定，无需进行溶剂萃取。它与 Fe 2+ 形成复合物，并使其不能被 Fe 2+ 转运蛋白利用，从而抑制铁进入叶绿体的转运。邻菲罗啉二磺酸也用于测定细胞内谷胱甘肽。
