General description
考马斯亮蓝染色剂在十二烷基硫酸钠聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳 (SDS PAGE) 中被广泛用于蛋白质的检测。亮蓝 G 染色因其灵敏度接近银染法而被称为蓝银染色。考马斯亮蓝 G 染色液通过疏水作用与蛋白质结合。它可以有效染色角膜前囊膜,毒性相对较小。

Preparation Note
