Biochem/physiol Actions

该抗体与 fd 噬菌体或 M13 噬菌体的噬菌体外壳蛋白特异性结合,因此当直接包被在多孔板上或作为特异性捕获 fd 或 M13 噬菌体的一级检测抗体时,可作为捕获抗体发挥作用。该抗体可用于快速分选大型噬菌体展示文库(抗体、肽等),所述表达蛋白与丝状噬菌体的基因 III 或基因 VIII 蛋白融合。该抗体可作为“噬菌体 ELISA”的检测试剂,为重组噬菌体的检测提供灵敏、特异的活性。
