General description
溴酚蓝–二甲苯蓝染液是一种追踪染料，用于在琼脂糖或聚丙烯酰胺凝胶中进行核酸电泳，包括DNA标记。
Application
在甲酰胺负载缓冲液中使用溴酚蓝-二甲苯蓝染料溶液从聚丙烯酰胺凝胶中纯化连接的RNA。
Preparation Note
向瓶中加入 5mL 水以溶解。复原溶液中含 0.5% 溴酚蓝和 0.5% 二甲苯青。在琼脂糖或聚丙烯酰胺凝胶中以 1:10 稀释以进行核酸电泳，或将 4 份甲酰胺加入到 1 份染液中以进行 DNA 测序。
