Biochem/physiol Actions
灿烂甲酚蓝 ALD 主要用于卵母细胞的选择。它有助于测定葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶 (G6PD) 的活性。这种酶在生长的卵母细胞中产生。然而，完成生长的卵母细胞 G6PD 水平较低。由于亮甲酚蓝不能还原成无色化合物，所以低 G6PD 活性导致细胞质呈蓝色。它也用于网织红细胞染色，其中染料染色网硬蛋白。
