General description
牛血清白蛋白（BSA）是牛肝脏产生的一种血浆蛋白，具有球状、非糖基化的α-螺旋结构。它由带有583个氨基酸残基和17个半胱氨酸残基的单个多肽链组成，这些残基形成交联的二硫键，从而使结构保持稳定。BSA蛋白含有三种结构不同的结构域（I，II，III），每个结构域都含有两个心形结构的亚结构域（A和B）。

Preparation Note
