General description

Immunogen
对应于人Cav1.2残基2-15的多肽（外显子1B）。该序列的14/15个残基与小鼠和大鼠体内的相同。
Biochem/physiol Actions
L型电压依赖性钙通道α1C亚基（Cav1.2）是人类CACNA1C基因编码的蛋白质，属于电压门控钙通道家族。它是细胞表面膜电位变化到可引发不同生理事件的局部细胞内钙瞬变的关键转导蛋白。CACNA1C是L型电压依赖性钙通道的亚基。它定位于染色体12p13.3，并被认为是精神分裂症的易感基因。CACNA1C在人TH2细胞中选择性表达，阻断TH2细胞Cav1.2通道激活可能是治疗人类受试者过敏性疾病的新策略。其活性增加与痴呆和阿尔茨海默病（AD）的发病机制有关。′
