General description
N-钙粘蛋白是一种钙依赖性细胞粘附分子,主要存在于癌细胞中。单克隆抗-N-钙黏蛋白抗体与脂肪细胞粘附分子(ACAM)胞外域的 N 端发生反应。
Preparation Note
需要连续使用时,可在 2-8℃ 下储存一个月。对于更长期的储存,溶液可以冷冻成工作等分试样。不建议重复冷冻和解冻。如果长期储存时出现轻微混浊,使用前通过离心澄清。
