Biochem/physiol Actions

α-牛胰腺胰凝乳蛋白酶通过Ca2+实现稳定并且催化肽键的水解，尤其氨基酸酪氨酸、苯基丙氨酸、色氨酸以及C端亮氨酸。α-胰凝乳蛋白酶受Cu2+和Hg的抑制。

General description

牛胰 α-糜蛋白酶 (BPC) 可催化 Povarov 反应制备四氢喹啉衍生物。牛胰 α-糜蛋白酶 (CHT) 是一种酶蛋白。已报道乙醇、1,4-二恶烷和乙腈等不同浓度的有机溶剂对 CHT 的影响。
胰凝乳蛋白酶(Chy)是一种丝氨酸蛋白酶。它的分子量为25.7kDa，广泛应用于医药行业。它由胰凝乳蛋白酶原合成，这种转化过程需要钙。
