鸡/母鸡′卵清蛋白，也称为卵白蛋白（OVA），是含量最丰富的卵清白蛋白。它被结合特异性IgE抗体的B细胞表位所包围。此外，它还含有CD4+ T细胞表位。卵白蛋白是分子量为45000 Da的单体蛋白。
应用
兔抗鸡蛋白蛋白抗体可用于：
- 定量沉淀测定
- 间接酶联免疫测定（ELISA）
- 开发抗鸡卵白蛋白的非免疫兔抗血清
生化/生理作用
鸡/母鸡′卵清蛋白又称卵白蛋白（OVA），是蛋清中的主要过敏原，广泛用于过敏研究中。它被广泛用于测定第II类主要组织相容性复合体（MHC）-肽结合特征和T细胞活化特征。
