General description
抗周期蛋白D1 单克隆抗体（小鼠IgG2a同种型）来自DCS-6杂交瘤，该杂交瘤由小鼠骨髓瘤细胞和免疫小鼠的脾细胞融合产生。周期蛋白 D1 蛋白是哺乳动物细胞G1期周期蛋白。这一蛋白是D型周期蛋白。CCD1基因位于人染色体11q13.3。

Biochem/physiol Actions
不与其他D型细胞周期蛋白交叉反应。
周期蛋白 D1 参与调控周期蛋白依赖性激酶（CDK）家族成员。周期蛋白 D1 和 D2 与CDK4 和/或 CDK6 激酶活性相关，可在G1 期中期观察到，在G1 期后期达到顶峰。在相当比例的癌症中观察到周期蛋白D1 基因扩增，这些癌症包括乳腺癌、膀胱癌、套细胞淋巴瘤、头颈部癌。在食道鳞状细胞癌中也发现这一基因扩增。
Physical form
该产品以含有 15mM 叠氮化钠（作为保存剂）的腹水形式提供。
Preparation Note
如需连续使用，可在2-8 °C保存至多一月。对于更长期的存储，可对溶液进行等分并冷冻保存。不建议反复冻融。不建议储存在无霜冰箱中。如果长期储存时出现轻微浑浊，请在使用前通过离心澄清溶液。
