General description
单克隆抗 Cre（小鼠IgG1同种型）源自 7-23 杂交瘤。该杂交瘤用 Cre 蛋白免疫 BALB/c小鼠，取其脾细胞与小鼠骨髓瘤细胞（X63-Ag8.653）融合产生。Cre 重组酶为蛋白整合酶家族成员，是位点特异性重组酶。此蛋白在 P1 噬菌体中表达。

Biochem/physiol Actions
Cre 重组酶可使 DNA 在称为 loxP 的两个识别位点之间进行重组。其中每个位点（长 34 bp）都包含两个13 bp的侧翼回文序列，位点之间则是8 bp的核心间隔区序列。重组发生在两个 loxP 位点的间隔区内。Cre/loxP 系统通过进行基因缺失、基因替换、插入（敲入）、条件性基因打靶（敲除）和点突变等方法，操纵哺乳动物系统基因。Cre 蛋白单克隆抗体是一种重要工具，在不同哺乳动物系统中鉴定 Cre 重组酶。

Preparation Note
若需连续使用，可在2-8 °C下保存最长一个月。 如需延长储存时间，请将溶液分装并冷冻保存。不建议反复冻融。不建议在无霜冰箱中储存。如果长期储存时出现轻微浑浊，请在使用前通过离心澄清溶液。若工作稀释样品在12小时内未使用完，则应丢弃。
