General description
降钙素基因相关肽（CGRP）为环状，属于降钙素/CGRP基因复合物编码的一小类肽。降钙素/ CGRP基因复合物由至少两个基因组成，编码两种形式的CGRP：-CGRP（CGRP-I）和-CGRP（CGRP-II）。CGRP在甲状腺滤泡旁C细胞和甲状腺髓样癌中合成，与降钙素共同定位。主要认为其是广泛分布在中枢和外周神经系统的神经肽。
