General description
降钙素基因相关肽（CGRP）是一种血管舒张剂，属于降钙素肽家族。它由周围和中枢神经紧张系统的运动神经元产生。CGRP有两种形式，α和β，它们具有相似的功能。CGRP的作用是由降钙素受体样受体（CRLR）和受体活性修饰蛋白1（RAMP1）形成的G蛋白偶联受体异二聚体介导的。 CGRP在神经紧张、内分泌、免疫和心血管系统中具有多种生物学作用。 多项研究表明CGRP与偏头痛的病理生理有关，并且正在探索CGRP的拮抗剂作为治疗的选择。
