柠檬酸盐缓冲液，pH 6.0，10×，抗原修复液，在应用抗体或DNA荧光原位杂交之前，已被用作福尔马林固定的石蜡包埋(FFPE)组织切片上的热诱导抗原修复液。在免疫组化(IHC)中，最常用的固定剂（如福尔马林）通过其内在交联掩盖组织抗原（细胞、膜和核）。这种掩盖导致 IHC（免疫组化）染色差或无染色。在FFPE组织切片上使用柠檬酸盐缓冲液（pH 6.0）或其他抗原修复液改善了抗体对组织抗原的可及性。
制备说明
将产品储存在2-8°C。不要冻存，以避免产生沉淀。
将柠檬酸盐缓冲液，pH 6.0，10x，抗原修复液用水稀释 10 倍，以制备1x 工作溶液，例如用 90mL水稀释 10mL 10x 浓缩液。
其他说明
有时缓冲液可能含有淡黄色。这是由防腐剂引起的，不会影响缓冲液的功能。
