Biochem/physiol Actions
Mouse x Mouse hybridoma
TAT-1 was developed by immunizing mice with extracted T. brucei brucei cytoskeleton and fusing the mouse spleen cells with the myeloma Sp2-0/Ag. This cell line has been cloned many times and the mixed subclass is now typical of the cloned line.
