Rat hybridoma producing antibody against human CD25. The designation HL indicates that it has bselected for loss of the original Y3 myeloma derived (non-specific) light chain. Cambridge Enterprise Reference number AB61:www.enterprise.cam.ac.uk.

IDMEM (I3390) + 2 mM L-Glutamine (G7513) + 5% FBS / FCS (F2442). Where the cells are grown under static conditions, 0.02% EDTA, Trypsin (T4424) or mechanical agitation maybe required to dislodge them from the plastic.

Maintain cultures between 3-9 x 10⁵ cells/ml. 5% CO₂; 37 °C. Saturation density 9 x 10⁵/ml.
