Preparation Note
EMEM (HBSS) (M5775) + 2 mM L-Glutamine (G7513) + 1% NEAA (M7145) + fetal bovine serum (FBS / FCS) (Heat Inactivated).
Split sub-confluent cultures (70-80%) 1:2, i.e., seeding at 3x10,000 cells/cm2 using 0.25% trypsin; 5% CO2; 28-30°C.
