General description

在正常细胞中，JC-1染料能够聚集于线粒体基质中，形成红色的荧光聚集物。任何消耗线粒体跨膜电位的活动（如凋亡）都会影响线粒体中的JC-1染料聚集，导致这种染料分散到整个细胞中，从而使红色荧光（JC-1聚集体）转变为绿色荧光（JC-1单体）。本试剂盒可进行细胞染色，再通过荧光显微镜观察或流式细胞仪观测或测定荧光强度。
