General description
单克隆死亡相关蛋白（DAP）激酶（小鼠IgG1亚型）来自于小鼠骨髓瘤细胞和BALB/c小鼠脾细胞融合产生的DAPK-55杂交瘤细胞。死亡相关蛋白1（DAP1）基因定位于人类染色体9q34.1。它属于DAP家族。
该基因在胚胎和成年起源的许多组织中广泛表达，并产生单个6.3 Kb mRNA转录本。蛋白由1423个氨基酸（160 kDa）组成，属于钙调蛋白依赖性蛋白激酶家族。除了激酶结构域和钙调蛋白调节结构域外，它还包含8个锚蛋白重复序列和2个潜在的P环基序。
