Biochem/physiol Actions

General description
单克隆磷酸化凋亡相关蛋白激酶 (pSer308)(小鼠 IgG1 同种型)来源于小鼠骨髓瘤细胞和以偶联KLH的人DAP-激酶磷肽免疫的BALB / c小鼠脾细胞融合而产生的DKPS308杂交瘤。死亡相关蛋白激酶(DAPK)的特征是具有多结构域,包括一个典型的丝氨酸/苏氨酸激酶亚结构域、一个Ca2+/钙调蛋白调控结构域、八个锚蛋白重复序列、两个P环基序(P-loop motif)和一个典型的死亡结构域模块。此外,它还包含两个自抑制结构域,其中一个是Ca2+/钙调蛋白依赖性的。在缺少后一种结构域的情况下,DAPK具有组成性活性(constitutively active)。
