Biochem/physiol Actions

抗dEGF受体,细胞外结构域抗体,小鼠单克隆(小鼠IgG1同种型)衍生自杂交瘤C-273,该杂交瘤通过小鼠骨髓瘤细胞(NS1细胞)和来自用在果蝇表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)的细胞外部分编码的重组蛋白免疫的BALB/c小鼠的脾细胞融合产生。果蝇EGF受体,又称Torpedo或DER,有四个配体:Gurken,Spitz(主要配体),Vein和Argos。两种辅助蛋白调节其信号传导:菱形和星形。
