General description
人IgG1单克隆抗体(小鼠IgG2a同种型)来源于小鼠骨髓瘤细胞与免疫小鼠脾细胞融合产生的杂交瘤。
人IgG由四个亚类(1-4)组成,根据它们重链上的不同抗原特异性而区分,分别约占总IgG的65%、30%、5%和4%。每个亚类都有不同的生物和物理化学特性,不同抗原刺激下可优先生成不同的IgG亚类。例如,多糖抗原刺激下产生的主要是IgG2亚类应答,而蛋白抗原则对应IgG1和IgG3抗体。脂多糖激活PBL的IgG2应答和脾脏的IgG1应答。人IgG1是体内和体外产生的破伤风类毒素抗体的主要亚类。
该抗体对人 IgG1 的 Fc 部分具有特异性,与其他 IgG 亚类不反应。IUIS/WHO 研究发现该克隆(也称为 HP-6091)对人 IgG1 具有有价值配置文件反应性和特异性。
