General description

人免疫球蛋白G(IgG)有四个亚类：IgG1、IgG2、IgG3 和 IgG4，分别对应重链γ1、γ2、γ3和γ4。抗体的一级结构由二硫键连接两条重链并连接重链和轻链。IgG3为促炎性抗体，在病毒感染时最先出现，引发效应作用。

Other Notes

为了获得最佳结果，建议每个个体用户通过滴定法测定工作稀释液。

Physical form

0.01 M 磷酸盐缓冲液 (pH 8.0) 中的溶液，含 1% 灭活牛血清白蛋白和 15 mM 叠氮化钠。

Preparation Note

如需连续使用，可在 2-8 °C 下储存长达一个月。
对于长期储存，溶液可以工作等份冷冻。不推荐反复冻融。如果延长储存时间后出现轻微浑浊，使用前离心澄清。
