General description

IgG抗体亚型是免疫系统中含量最高的血清免疫球蛋白。它由B细胞分泌,存在于血液和细胞外液中,可防止细菌、真菌和病毒引起的感染。母体IgG通过胎盘传递给胎儿,对于新生儿抗感染免疫防御至关重要。
抗小鼠IgG(全分子)-FITC抗体对所有小鼠IgG亚类具有特异性。亲和分离的抗原特异性抗体是通过免疫特异性纯化从绵羊抗小鼠IgG抗血清中获得的。然后将抗体制备物与Sigma异硫氰酸荧光素(FITC)(异构体I)偶联。

Application

抗小鼠IgG(全分子)-FITC抗体可用于小鼠脾细胞的免疫荧光标记,工作抗体稀释度为1:32。 对于用抗整联蛋白一抗染色的人卵巢腺癌细胞的免疫荧光,使用1:50的工作稀释度。使用1:100的抗体稀释度对人精子进行免疫定位。该抗体还用于拟南芥叶细胞的免疫荧光标记。

Physical form

溶于含有1%牛血清白蛋白和15 mM叠氮化钠的0.01M磷酸盐缓冲生理盐水(pH 7.4)的溶液。
