General description
IgG抗体亚型是免疫系统中含量最高的血清免疫球蛋白。它由B细胞分泌，存在于血液和细胞外液中，可防止细菌、真菌和病毒引起的感染。母体IgG通过胎盘传递给胎儿，对于新生儿抗感染免疫防御至关重要。

抗小鼠IgG（全分子）-FITC抗体可用于小鼠脾细胞的免疫荧光标记，工作抗体稀释度为1:32。 对于用抗整联蛋白一抗染色的人卵巢腺癌细胞的免疫荧光，使用1:50的工作稀释度。使用1:100的抗体稀释度对人精子进行免疫定位。该抗体还用于拟南芥叶细胞的免疫荧光标记。
Physical form
溶于含有1%牛血清白蛋白和15 mM叠氮化钠的0.01M磷酸盐缓冲生理盐水（pH 7.4）的溶液。
