Application

Biochem/physiol Actions
特异性标记细胞间和细胞-基质连接处的黏着斑蛋白。与人黏着斑蛋白反应强烈。与平滑肌黏着斑蛋白剪切变体metavinculin具有交叉反应性。
纽蛋白是一种细胞骨架蛋白,分子量约为 116 kDa。纽蛋白与粘附膜区域密切相关,例如黏着斑、足体或黏着小带类细胞间连接。它充当整合素和肌动蛋白细胞骨架相互作用的介质。它在整合素、细胞表面 ECM 分子受体和 F-肌动蛋白细胞骨架之间架起一座桥梁。它与踝蛋白和α-肌动蛋白相关,后者直接与整合素连接。在黏着斑装配过程中,黏着斑蛋白还与α-连环蛋白和血管扩张剂刺激磷蛋白(VASP)结合。
