General description

Application

IUIS/WHO2 研究挑选出该单克隆抗体作为最广泛适用的 IgG4 特异性单克隆抗体之一。单克隆抗人 IgG4 可用于通过各种免疫测定法鉴定 IgG4 亚类，包括：ELISA、印迹免疫固定法 (IIF)、免疫荧光测定法 (IFMA)、血凝法 (HA)、血凝抑制法 (HAI)、颗粒计数免疫测定法 (PACIA) 和胞浆 IgG 的检测。
小鼠抗人 IgG4-FITC 单克隆抗体可用于免疫组化荧光和免疫荧光检测。

Biochem/physiol Actions

IgG4（免疫球蛋白G4）抗体对C1q（补体q的第一组分）的亲和力降低，因此其抗炎活性与其他IgG亚类不同。IgG4抗体能与另一个分子主动交换Fab臂，从而产生具有两种不同结合特异性的重组抗体。这种交换是其发挥抗炎活性的重要生物学机制。IgG4抗体通常是非炎性的，但自身反应性IgG4抗体与免疫球蛋白G4（IgG4）相关疾病（IgG4 RD）有关，其特征是淋巴浆细胞浸润和血清IgG4升高。
单克隆抗人 IgG4 对 IgG4 亚类具有特异性，在 ELISA 中与 IgG1、IgG2 和 IgG3 不反应。

Physical form

0.01 M 磷酸盐缓冲液 (pH 8.0) 中的溶液，含 1% 灭活牛血清白蛋白和 15 mM 叠氮化钠。
