General description
葡聚糖是天然多糖，是形成结构成分的碳水化合物，存在于酵母、真菌、海藻和谷物细胞壁中。
Application
烘焙酵母（S. Cerevisiae）来源葡聚糖用于：
- 免疫刺激
- 刺激血细胞中σ类谷胱甘肽 S-转移酶（GST）的mRNA表达
- 研究其对虹鳟鱼肠上皮细胞系（RTgutGC）的作用。
Biochem/physiol Actions
葡聚糖可增强免疫抗感染，防止癌症生长，降低应激和胆固醇水平。具有免疫刺激特性。可以维持血糖水平，使皮肤恢复活力。
